We provide shipping services within Indonesia. Orders are processed from our facility in Jakarta and dispatched through national carriers. Delivery coverage includes major cities across Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and other regions served by our logistics partners.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Typical transit windows range from one to three business days for Greater Jakarta and three to seven business days for outer islands. Weather conditions, public holidays, and carrier capacity may extend these timeframes.
VitaMan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
